From Paris With Love

I was choosing from these piles of movies, trying to look for a good title, something that I think would not bore me. I eyed on this "From Paris With Love", a movie of 2010. Sounds romantic and I like romance - tear jerk, fairytale like movies. Then I got this : click here

The movie did not disappoint me at all! Though it was not I thought it was, I think, it is better than I expected. Plus, John Travolta has an over the top perfomance and Jonathan Rhys Meyers is really good looking *grin*

Here is the trailer courtesy of youtube.com ----- TRAILER? Click this ---------

Yes, it is an action film. hohoho

Single Life

I am attending our Church Youth Convention. This is an annual event being attended by Church members who are single, unmarried, regardless of age. I think this is one of the good reasons why I like being by myself. Being able to go anywhere, anytime I want to; be with anyone, do anything I want to. I am just enjoying today :)

Maybe This Time

It's the same old feeling back again
It's the one that they had way back when
They were too young to know when love is real
But somehow, some things never change
And even time hasn't cooled the flame
It's burnin' even brighter than it did before
It got another chance, and if they take it...

It All Got Better In Time

I was trying to look for a nice watch for me when these watches caught my attention! Now, I am thinking of having these instead of those boring tick tock boo boo watches haha However, I have to figure out first how to use them. Else I might run out of time knowing what time it is, which is kind of stupid. haha But seriously, these look cool and fun to wear :)

I'll Be Over You

I'll be over you

McDo

Yes.. I Think So, Too

Hi. I am Sad

I am not pretty sure why lately I am feeling kind of blue. I dunno. Maybe because I am getting too tired at work, watching movies, surfing the net? Or maybe because I do not get too much sleep, I miss out going to our Church gatherings? Or maybe I am so so so broke and cannot even get to eat out (even for a simple McDonald's cheeseburger)? Or maybe because until now, I still get to share my life with no one really special? Or is it because I am missing somebody? Or I dunno, perhaps feeling less functional? Or feeling unimportant? Or maybe because I do not have my family with me? Or maybe because I dwell too much in my comfort zone, I do not grow anymore? Or maybe... just maybe because I do not appreciate what I have right now. Or not?

I am sad. I just feel sad.

I don't know. :(

Papa Jack's Quotes

Yes, the controversial and the sensational disc jock has indeed become "quotable", so to say :)) His quotes are all over Youtube and I cannot resist posting them here. I like Papa Jack and all his brutally honest advice and comments. Everynight on your eradio portal 90.7 Mon - Fridays:

Long Distance

With you is where I'd rather be
But we're stuck where we are
And it's so hard, you're so far
This long distance is killing me
I wish that you were here with me
But we're stuck where we are
And it's so hard, you're so far
This long distance is killing me

Almost But Not Quite

Have you ever met someone whom you consider as the perfect one for you?

Someone whom you feel at home with, like a reflection of your self, despite all the things that you don’t really have in common, and regardless of your religious, cultural, emotional and social differences…

Someone who laughs at your jokes, even if they are not funny and downright corny or plain. Someone who would agree to your wildest, craziest, and sometimes criminally inclined ideas. Someone who knocks you off your feet, while lifting your soul up to cloud 9.

I have… almost, but not quite.

Because although it seems like we’re a perfect match, we turned out to be  the perfect representation of the saddest love stories Math has ever told…
Of parallel lines, who were never meant to meet. Of tangent lines, who were together once then parted forever. And of asymptotes, who could only get closer and closer, but could never be together.

3rd Year

.
I am working in Pan Pacific Hotel. So far, working in Pan Pacific Hotel has been one of my most favorite experiences in my 6-year hotel industry career. As of today, I am officially employed here for exactly 3 years. I want to think that I will be staying here longer (to record my employment loyalty) but at the back of my mind, I can find something better than this. Then again, as of the moment, I still do not have any concrete plan to move out though there are some moves that lead me there.

Anyway, I thank God for giving me this good job that makes me enjoy my every day and give me enough money to sustain my needs, working with my wacko team mates is a bonus and to wrap it up, distance from home is not that far.

In my three years of stay here, I must say that most of my days here has been a good one. Sure there were days when things screw up but generally speaking, I learned to love working here and specially the people, if not the best, they are one of the most awesome people you ever wished you have worked with!

To Ellay, congratulations! Happy 3rd anniversary, Honey :)
