Though we don't date a lot anymore (and if we do, we have to bring the kids to date with us), our boyfriend-girlfriend moments will always be kept in my memory treasure chest :) Though our priorities have changed, I am just so relieved that I get to pass through all these changes and adjustments with my husband. I still keep the faith that He gave me Happy because noone else is like him that could keep up with me and accept all of me.
Then and again I get to ask him if he ever regret marrying me. I hope 10, 20, 30, 40 years from now or until that time God wills us to still have each other, I would still hear him say "no" - the sweetest no I could ever take as an answer, perhaps.
It's not always rainbows and butterflies but that's marriage and that's us. And for me, just to have my husband as my best friend and lifelong partner is more than enough.
